wheatgrass pineapple green smoothie

Shelby County’s favorite!
makes 16 oz

  • 1 cup pineapple frozen

  • 1 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1 1/2 handful fresh wheatgrass

  • 1 1/2” fresh ginger

  • 1/2 green apple

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Add to blender. Cut wheatgrass up into thirds. Blend until combined, adding more coconut water or ice to desired consistency.
